Account deletion
You can request deletion of your GPbid account and associated personal data.
Delete your account in the GPbid mobile app (recommended)
- Open the GPbid app
- Go to Me
- Open Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Follow the on-screen confirmation steps
Account deletion is processed according to the in-app flow. Some information may be retained where we are required to keep records for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
If you cannot use the app or cannot sign in
Email support@gpbid.com with the subject line: “Account deletion request” and include:
- The email address or phone number associated with your account (if any)
- Your full name (if available)
- A brief statement that you want your account and associated personal data deleted
We will verify ownership and respond with next steps. Please allow up to 30 days to complete deletion for requests that require manual verification (many requests are completed sooner).
Privacy policy
This Privacy Policy describes how GPbid (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website (gpbid.com / wshop.gpbid.com), mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:
- Account and profile information: such as name, username, email address, phone number, and authentication-related information when you create or maintain an account.
- Order and transaction information: such as items purchased, order history, shipping details, payment status, and customer service communications.
- Payment information: payments are processed by payment partners. We typically receive limited payment-related information (for example, transaction confirmations) rather than your full card number.
- Device and app information: such as device identifiers and device or other IDs (for example, identifiers used for app functionality, security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and analytics), operating system version, app version, language settings, and similar technical data.
- Usage information: such as pages viewed, features used, interactions with live shopping or bidding features (if applicable), and approximate location inferred from IP address where needed for fraud prevention or compliance.
- Communications: information you send to us (for example, support emails).

- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services
- Process orders, payments, shipping, returns-related communications (where applicable), and customer support
- Authenticate users, protect accounts, detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents

We do not sell your personal information in the conventional sense of “selling data for money.” Where required by law, we will describe any “sale”/“sharing” practices separately in applicable disclosures.

If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate.

Each box is designed to provide a fun and unique experience.
Order changes
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it quickly to prepare for packing and shipment.
For this reason, we are unable to make changes after checkout. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
Live packing
All orders are packed live on our TikTok.
When you receive a “Label Created” or “Label Purchased” notification, your order will be packed live.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from Kansas City, USA.
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier.
Chargebacks & payment disputes
By placing an order, you agree to contact us first if you have any concerns.
We maintain records of order confirmation, shipping details, and acceptance of terms, which may be used to resolve disputes if necessary.
